Through the MedTech I&E Program, I designed a Catheter Introducer System using OnShape CAD software, tackling the challenges of creating functional models and injection molds. My iterative design process focused on design for manufacturing while adhering to regulatory standards. I oversaw the product's tolerance analysis, CAD drawings, and the entire manufacturing process, including plastic injection molding, thermoforming, and packaging.
